- Return Notification
Products to be returned must always be reported to our customer service via email: [email protected]. - Packaging Requirements
Products must be returned in packaging of the same or better quality as when they were received. This is to prevent damage during transport. - Damaged Products
Damaged products will only be accepted if the damage is repairable. In that case, repair costs will be charged. If the product cannot be repaired, no compensation will be provided. - Exceptions
Returns are not possible for custom-made or cut products. - Return Period
You have up to a maximum of 30 days after receiving your order to report your return. - Return Costs
The costs for returning products are at the customer’s expense. - Shipping Methods
You can send your return via DPD or another parcel carrier. If the package is too large for regular shipping, it can be sent via freight mail. - Return Labels
Arranging and attaching return labels is the customer’s responsibility. - Refunds
After receipt and approval of your return, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. - Product Exchange
Products can be exchanged. Any price differences will be paid or invoiced.
